The MMX-7 adds a B-Scan display to the MMX-6. The B-Scan feature displays a cross section of the test material which is helpful in identifying pitting, laminations, etc.
In addition, the Echo-Echo mode is used to measure base material thickness through coatings.
The Fast Scan feature provides a better representation during the scanning process, by making 32 measurements per second. Remove the transducer from the test material to display the thinnest measurement found.

Selectable low, medium, and high gain settings offer the inspector multiple gain options a variety of materials.
The variety of calibration options is just one more example of the MMX-7's versatility.
Store up to 64 custom setups. Factory setups available for common applications.
MMX-7 is equipped with an alpha-numeric data logger to provide increased versatility for those custom reporting needs.
Built-in transducer types offer increased linearity between transducer frequencies and diameters.
Use the visual and audible alarm to set Hi and Lo limits to signal the inspector when the measurements are out of tolerance.
The MMX-7 also comes complete with our Windows® PC software for transferring data to and from a PC. Viewing B-Scans and general measurements, set break-points, view statistics, and export files into excel.
